WILSON S. ALLING

Wilson joined New England Land in 1995 and since then has brokered over $325 million dollars of residential transactions in Greenwich, representing home sellers and home buyers in nearly equal proportion. He is familiar with all areas and neighborhoods in the Town’s 50 square miles and enjoys working with customers in all price ranges. He has served as the exclusive agent for Back Country Ventures, one of the Greenwich’s most successful builders, locating viable sites for their projects and consulting on all phases of their site work, design and construction. During the past ten years Wilson has marketed, shown and sold over a dozen of their fine properties in a range of $ 4.5 to over $14 million dollars. He has also worked in a similar capacity with another high end custom and spec builder, Wilmor LLC. Living in Greenwich for over 30 years has given Wilson a broad knowledge of all facets of living in town – public and independent schools, health care options and Greenwich Hospital, recreational opportunities as well as the workings of local government agencies. He resides with his wife near town, and his two grown children live in Aspen and Park City.
 

DANIELLE STRATTA CLARONI

Danielle Stratta Claroni, a Greenwich resident since 1979 and a licensed real estate professional since 1997.

Mrs. Claroni, who has won numerous awards for outstanding sales achievements, has recently been given the 2004 Connecticut Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Award and the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich’s Jackie Joyner Kersey Award for her volunteer work with youth in the community. Mrs. Claroni was formerly associated with William Raveis International and Preferred Properties. A licensed broker in both New York and Connecticut, she resides in Greenwich with her husband Michael, and three sons, Tim, David and Daniel.

MARIA KELCE

Maria joins New England Land as a licensed real estate professional for 17 years. She manages a business built on referrals. Exceeding client expectations and guaranteeing their satisfaction is the cornerstone of her business plan.

Maria began her career with Northside Realty and Coldwell Banker in Atlanta, Georgia where she earned numerous awards for outstanding sales achievement including Executive Associate, top 5% of Residential Real Estate Agents, Multi-Million Dollar Club, International Diamond Society and Life Member Multi-Million Club Atlanta Board of Realtors.

Maria grew up in John's Island, Vero Beach, Florida and still has significant ties to the community. In addition to her parents and in-laws who live in John's Island full time, Maria co-owns two properties there and works extensively in a referral network that includes her mother in-law Terry Crowley who lists and sells property for John's Island Real Estate Company.

Maria currently lives in Greenwich with her husband Jay, a Greenwich native and their two young children. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the Greenwich MLS. She has volunteered with community projects such as the Greenwich Land Trust, the YWCA, and Christ Church School. She currently volunteers with numerous school committees and serves on the Parents Association Board.

SHERRY L. DeLUCA

A third generation Greenwich native, Sherry graduated from Greenwich High School and Colby College in Maine.

Sherry has consistently been a top producer during her 25 years in the Greenwich market.

An avid horsewoman and boating enthusiast, Sherry has particular expertise in backcountry and waterfront homes.

RANA ESSAID

Rana  Essaid is a resident of Greenwich since 1979, and a licensed real estate agent since 1993.  She has lived in mid-country and backcountry Greenwich and for the last 12 years in Old Greenwich.  She is an auxiliary volunteer at the Greenwich Hospital and has been chairman of the membership committee for the Greenwich Hospital auxiliary for the last four years.  She was a board member of the auxiliary from 2002 – 2005.  Rana is a member of the Greenwich Association of Realtors, the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service; the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Kit began her successful career in real estate in 1984 as a Realtor with Century 21, there she was consecutively a multi-million dollar producer, VIP designated associate and team leader. In 1994 she joined the New England Land Company team as their residential office manager. 

Mrs.Grant is a Broker Associate and member of the National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Greenwich Association of Realtors, Greenwich Multiple Listing Service and CMLS. She is also a Notary Public, State of Connecticut.

Born in Greenwich, she has in-dept knowledge of the community, and its real estate market.

MARY S. LYNCH

Mary S. Lynch has been a successful Real Estate Associate for over 25 years. She has lived in Greenwich most of her life and her intimate knowledge of the community have contributed to her ability in guiding potential buyers as well as helping owners market their homes.

Mary raised three daughters in Greenwich; they attended both public and private schools. Her community involvement has included serving on the Boards of Hotline, the Youth Shelter, and the Family Center. She has been active locally, state wide and nationally in the administration of the competitive sport of swimming. Most recently she received The Outstanding Service Award which was established in 1981 to recognize volunteers their invaluable contribution to United State Swimming. The award, sponsored by the Phillips Petroleum Company, is presented annually to an honoree named by each of the 59 Local Swimming Communities.

HILLARY SPIZZIRRI McATEE
Managing Partner

Hillary McAtee is one of three partners of the residential department of New England Land Company. Mrs. McAtee's primary business is selling and leasing of residential brokerage, but she manages all aspects of the residential department. Hillary is a broker in both Connecticut as well as New York and hold memberships in Greenwich, Darien, Westchester/Putnam Boards as well as CMLS.

Mrs. McAtee began her real estate career in 1983 as an agent with Merritt Associates in Greenwich, Connecticut. Soon thereafter she became the manager of the Greenwich office responsible for all leasing and sales brokerage of her agents.

In 1994 Hillary McAtee and her husband, John, formed a partnership with Sam Sammis and spearheaded the residential division of New England Land Company, Ltd.

Mrs. McAtee was raised in Greenwich and lives in Greenwich with her husband and their three children. She attended local schools and is a graduate of Trinity College. She has volunteered with the Greenwich Youth Center,  Greenwich Compeer program, several Greenwich Multiple Listing committees, served as a Connecticut Realtor representative and has served on many sports and school related committees, including Parents Association Board of Greenwich Country Day School .

TATIANA NICHIFOROVA

Tatiana Nichiforova who immigrated to the United States about 10 years ago has been a Realtor since 2006. She is a member of the Greenwich Association of Realtors, Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, National Association of Realtors and Connecticut Multiple Listing Service. Tatiana lived in Greenwich for 7 years and currently resides in North Stamford with her husband Vlad. She knows both communities well. Tatiana is bilingual (Russian and English). She is the proud mother of grown daughter-Harvard University graduate.

Mairead O'Sullivan who has been a Realtor for 20+ years. Consistently a top producer who is a member of the Greenwich Association of Realtors,  Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, National Association of Realtors and Connecticut Multiple Listing Service.  Mairead has lived in Greenwich since 1995.  Mairead has a strong work ethic and believes in the client before the commission.  When representing the seller, Mairead works hard to get the best deal and to make her clients comfortable with the process.  When working for the buyer, Mairead believes that home is a sanctuary and that the client should not settle for just a house.  Mairead volunteers for Save the Children.  She is a member of The Wild Geese, a local Irish cultural organization

With 29 years' experience as a full-time licensed real estate broker in both Connecticut and New York, he has successfully worked with a variety of clients to fulfill their real estate requirements. Marc is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Greenwich Association of Realtors and Representative Town Meeting (RTM), the legislative body of the town of Greenwich. He and his family live in the backcountry of Greenwich.

CHARLČNE VON SAHER

Charlčne Von Saher, a Greenwich native and licensed real estate professional.

Miss Von Saher is a member of The Connecticut Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Greenwich Association of Realtors and The Greenwich Multiple Listing Service.

As a former competitive figure skater and an active member of the community, Ms. Von Saher teaches children figure skating locally and is on the coaching staff at The Greenwich Skating Club. She is also on the board of the “Young Friends” of The Bruce Museum. She finds her commitments to the Greenwich community extremely rewarding.

SHEILA WHITE

Sheila White is a broker in our "back country" office which is located at 783 North Street in Greenwich. She has been an active member of the Greenwich Association of Realtors for the past 20+ years and has successfully brought to closure a multitude of million dollar transactions. Besides her success with her many local clients, she has, over the years, been fortunate to become acquainted with and help many international clients with real estate needs in Greenwich. These clients have come from such countries as England, Japan, Italy and Argentina.

She began her career in real estate with the firm, Sammis & Chadsey, and remained with this same firm until it merged with New England Land Company in 1995.

In addition to her membership in the Greenwich Association of Realtors, Sheila is also a member of the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a Graduate of the Realtor's Institute and licensed broker in the State of Connecticut.
