Wilson joined New England Land in 1995 and since then has brokered over $325 million dollars of residential transactions in Greenwich, representing home sellers and home buyers in nearly equal proportion. He is familiar with all areas and neighborhoods in the Town’s 50 square miles and enjoys working with customers in all price ranges. He has served as the exclusive agent for Back Country Ventures, one of the Greenwich’s most successful builders, locating viable sites for their projects and consulting on all phases of their site work, design and construction. During the past ten years Wilson has marketed, shown and sold over a dozen of their fine properties in a range of $ 4.5 to over $14 million dollars. He has also worked in a similar capacity with another high end custom and spec builder, Wilmor LLC. Living in Greenwich for over 30 years has given Wilson a broad knowledge of all facets of living in town – public and independent schools, health care options and Greenwich Hospital, recreational opportunities as well as the workings of local government agencies. He resides with his wife near town, and his two grown children live in Aspen and Park City.

Danielle Stratta Claroni, a Greenwich resident since
1979 and a licensed real estate professional since
1997.
Mrs. Claroni, who has won numerous awards for
outstanding sales achievements, has recently been
given the 2004 Connecticut Association of Realtors
Good Neighbor Award and the Boys & Girls Club of
Greenwich’s Jackie Joyner Kersey Award for her
volunteer work with youth in the community. Mrs.
Claroni was formerly associated with William Raveis

Pam began her busy career in real estate with Leading Homes of Greenwich before joining New England Land Company. She brings with her an extensive background (10 years) in real estate, sales and management, specializing in providing customer service. Prior to moving to Greenwich,
Pam managed a Massachusetts-based real estate investment company.
Pam is very active in the community as a member of the Round Hill Community Church, Greenwich Association of Realtors,
Activities Committee and the Garden Education Center. She is trilingual (Spanish, French & English).
Pam and her husband Craig reside in Lyon Farm.

Rana Essaid is a resident of Greenwich since 1979,
and a licensed real estate agent since 1993.
She has lived in mid-country and backcountry
Greenwich and for the last 12 years in Old
Greenwich. She is an auxiliary volunteer at
the Greenwich Hospital and has been chairman of the
membership committee for the Greenwich Hospital
auxiliary for the last four years. She was a
board member of the auxiliary from 2002 – 2005.

In 1994 she joined the New England Land Company team as their residential office manager.
Mrs.Grant is a Broker Associate and member of the National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Greenwich Association of Realtors, Greenwich Multiple Listing Service and CMLS. She is also a Notary Public, State of Connecticut.
Born in Greenwich, she has in-dept knowledge of the community, and its real estate market.

Jim is a full time real estate professional with over 18 years of experience with residential, commercial, multifamily as well as investment properties. A lifelong Greenwich resident , Jim has children who have graduated from both private and public schools in Greenwich. Educated as a civil engineer, Jim has experience with construction, environmental issues as well as the planning and development of residential and commercial projects. Jim is a member of the Greenwich Multiple List, Greenwich Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, and is currently a Commissioner on the Connecticut Real Estate Commission, The Governor's Energy Advisory Board and was the Former Chairman of the Board of the Greenwich YMCA. |

Mary S. Lynch has been a successful Real Estate Associate for over 25 years. She has lived in Greenwich most of her life and her intimate knowledge of the community have contributed to her ability in guiding potential buyers as well as helping owners market their homes.
Mary raised three daughters in Greenwich; they attended both public and private schools. Her community
involvement has included serving on the Boards of Hotline, the Youth Shelter, and the Family Center. She has been active locally, state wide and nationally in the administration of the competitive sport of swimming. Most recently she received The Outstanding Service Award which was established in 1981 to recognize volunteers their invaluable contribution to United State Swimming. The award, sponsored by the Phillips Petroleum Company, is presented annually to an honoree named by each of the 59 Local Swimming Communities.

Hillary McAtee is one of three partners of the residential department of New England Land Company. Mrs. McAtee's primary business is selling and leasing of residential brokerage, but she manages all aspects of the residential department. Hillary is a broker in both Connecticut as well as New York and hold memberships in Greenwich, Darien, Westchester/Putnam Boards as well as CMLS.
Mrs. McAtee began her real estate career in 1983 as an agent with Merritt Associates in Greenwich, Connecticut. Soon thereafter she became the manager of the Greenwich office responsible for all leasing and sales brokerage of her agents.
In 1994 Hillary McAtee and her husband, John, formed a partnership with Sam Sammis and spearheaded the residential division of New England Land Company, Ltd.
Mrs. McAtee was raised in Greenwich and lives in Greenwich with her husband and their
three children. She attended local schools and is a graduate of Trinity College. She has volunteered with the Greenwich Youth Center,
Greenwich Compeer program, several Greenwich Multiple Listing committees, served as a Connecticut Realtor representative and has served on many

As Radio Hostess for “Monica’s Style” (May 2006-2008), and Lifestyle Editor at Large for “scene and be seen”, she is very established and respected in the home industry.
